Troubleshooting

Find what you see in the list, and follow the line to the page that answers it. If you do not see it, the page for that part of Marketing is the best place to start.

Accounts and connections

• A connection says Needs reconnecting, or a sign-in is refused: Connection problems.
• A network says a permission is missing, or its review has not passed yet: Connection problems.

Posts

• A post failed, or went to some networks and not others: Post problems.
• A network refuses a post for repeating text: Post problems.
• A video stays private on the network: Post problems.
• A post will not save because of its links: Number problems.

Live

• OBS will not connect, or the page stays on Not connected: Live problems.
• A channel is not getting the stream: Live problems.
• The stream ended by itself: Live problems.
• A recording is missing: Live problems.

Pipelines

• A pipeline does not start: Pipeline problems.
• A run is waiting and does not finish: Pipeline problems.
• A pipeline stopped because it went over budget: Pipeline problems.
• A pipeline stopped posting by itself: Pipeline problems.

Numbers, links and websites

• A source of numbers is marked Failing: Number problems.
• A source is marked Not running, or the reason mentions credits: Number problems.
• There are no numbers yet: Number problems.
• The newest days look low or dashed: Number problems.
• YouTube or Twitch figures are missing: Number problems.
• Steam, Google Play or App Store numbers never arrive: Number problems.
• Engagement with a post is missing: Number problems.
• Link clicks are missing, or a link says Link not found: Number problems.
• Website visits are missing: Number problems.
• A file will not import, or is marked Not read: Number problems.
• An import worked but the figures are not in Numbers: Number problems.
• The weekly digest does not arrive: Number problems.
• What's working says nothing is learned yet: Number problems.
