Weekly digest
The weekly digest is one page that sums up a week for a brand: what happened, what seemed to work, and what is due next. You can read any week on the page, and ask for the last one to be sent to you every Monday.
Open Numbers, then Weekly digest. Anyone who can see the brand can read it and ask for it.
Read a week
The page opens on the last week that is over. A week runs Monday to Sunday, in UTC, and the heading gives its dates. Use The week before and The week after to move.

What happened
Up to four of the brand's main figures for the week, each beside the week before. A figure marked (so far) has days in it that may still change. Marketing picks the figures from what the brand has data for, such as link clicks, website visits or wishlist adds, so not every brand gets the same four. Under them, a list gives what the brand did that week, such as posts that went out and streams.
What seemed to work
The events of the week where one of those main figures ended up clearly above what the weeks before suggested, best first. Each shows the same verdict and range as Around an event in Numbers. If nothing stood clearly above, the page says so.
This is correlation, not cause. Anything else that happened in those days moves the numbers too.
What is due next
The brand's open tasks that are due within the coming week or already overdue, and what is on its calendar, soonest first. This looks ahead from today, not from the week you are reading, so an old week shows the same list as the latest one. See Tasks and Calendar.
Sources that need a look
Appears only when a source failed on its last pull, with the reason. See Number problems.
Get it every Monday
Turn on Send me this each Monday. Each Monday Marketing sends you the digest for the week that has just ended. It arrives as a GreenMind notification that opens that week on this page.
- The choice is yours alone, for this brand. Turn the switch off to stop.
- You only get it while you can still see the brand.
- A week is sent once per brand, however many people asked.
- If you have turned your notifications for Marketing down to mentions only, or to none, the digest does not reach you. It is about activity, not a mention.
If it goes wrong
If What happened says No headline figures were reported this week., the brand had no main figures that week. The usual reasons are in Number problems.
